Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.

During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take an extra 1–2 days.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, THEKAYLUXECO. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and notify us.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their country. Delivery times may be delayed by customs clearance processes.
