At THEKAYLUXECO we take pride in offering premium raw and luxury hair extensions. Because of the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final. No refunds!!!

 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Hair must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, uncolored, and with original tags and packaging).

  • Hair must not be installed, brushed, or altered in any way.

  • You must provide proof of purchase and photo/video evidence of the issue.

 Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, orders are processed and cancellations are not guaranteed.
